Introduction
These Terms of Service, together with any additional terms that may apply to specific features, govern your use of Lens AI ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Updates
The App may be updated from time to time, with or without notice, to add features, fix issues, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Availability, security, and accuracy
Using the App requires a compatible device and an internet connection. We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all devices, or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, as availability can be affected by factors outside our control (such as network conditions or third-party service availability).
Charges and subscriptions
The App is free to download and offers basic features at no cost. Additional "VIP" features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly), each including a 3-day free trial as shown on the purchase screen.
- You will not be charged during the free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing plan at the price shown at purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- Removing the App from your device does not cancel an active subscription.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the exact price and trial terms are always shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
Intellectual property
All content included in or made available through the App — including but not limited to graphics, text, icons, images, and software — is owned by us, our licensors, or identified third parties. Except for the limited right to use the App as intended, you do not acquire any ownership interest in the App or its content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the App's normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes and why. Please review it to understand our practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated identification results (for objects, plants, animals, coins, or translations) are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate; they should not be relied upon for medical, safety-critical, legal, or financial decisions (for example, determining whether a plant or fungus is safe to eat or handle).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on any AI-generated result.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through Apple.
